I've gone to chrome://settings and enabled hardware acceleration when available, under chrome://flags the "Disable WebGL" option is no longer there, but I did enable override software rendering list. I test out on Firefox and it shows it's working, I try on Chrome it is not. I went and updated my graphics card to the latest drivers, (Nvidia Quadro NVS 450 on Windows 10 64 Bit) to version 342. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I'd gladly take a point in the right direction, however I'm having an issue getting WebGL to enable for Chrome.
